On our New Hampshire vacations, we always look at the possibility of bagging another 4000' peak since we are close to completing our NH48. Last winter, we almost hiked Mount Isolation, but the plans didn't come together. This time though, with the company of Mark and Natalie, it would be a go. With the bushwack by Engine Hill we managed to cut off a little mileage; still ending up with 13.2 miles and an elevation gain of 3600' accoridng to Mark's GPS for the day. #43 became a reality and even without any views at the top an incredible day was had by all.
